I.                   Menceritakan bagaimana anda akhirnya bisa diterima untuk wawancara dengan pengurus koperasi tersebut

II.                Berdasarkan jenis kegiatannya,koperasi yang anda kunjungi merupakan koperasi simpan pinjam.serba usaha,konsumsi,koperasi produsen atau koperasi dagang? Jelaskan dengan cara membandingkan antara yang anda lihat dengan teori tentang jenis-jenis koperasi.Jelaskan perbedaan dan persamaan dengan teori.

I.

Untuk mendapatkan koperasi yang ingin kami wawancarai dan di mintai informasi mengenai koperasi,kelompok kami sedikit mendapatkan kesulitan,pertama karena kami tidak memiliki surat pengantar dari universitas maupun surat dari dosen bersangkutan,namun kami tidak menyerah kami mencoba mencari ke koperasi pertama yang akan kita tuju tepatnya di wilayah deok dan sesampai a disana kita tidak mendapatkan informasi karena kami gagal bertemu dengan pihak pengurus,dan salah satu karyawannya meminta kepada kami untuk menunggu sampai pukul 16.00 ,namun karena kita ada jam kuliah kembali kami berpamit pulang, kemudian kita bergegas menuju ke koperasi berikutnya dan masih di daerah depok ,singkat saja kami pun sampai di tempat koperasi ke-dua kami ,kami sudah bersyukur karena dapat bertemu dengan pengurusnya namun dengan dalih koperasi tersebut baru saja berdiri dan tidak untuk di publikasikan dahulu ,pengurus tersebut tidak bersedia memberi informasi kepada kami,sedikit kecewa tetapi kami teteap berterimakasih kepada koperasi tersebut atas sambutannya yang baik kepada kami.Lalu kamipun menuju koperasi ketiga kami walau terik matahari siang itu membuat kami sedikit membuat kami malas,namun kami tidak menyerah,lalu kami sampai ke koperasi tersebut ,awalnya mereka cukup welcome kepada kami dan kami pikir koperasi tersebut akan bersedia mmemberi informasi kepada kami,tapi lagi-lagi kami tidak dapat mewawancarainya karena pihak koperasi tersebut  bersedia di wawancarai bila memilki surat pengantar dari universitas atau dari dosen bersangkutan,dan kami tidak memilikinya.Sungguh hari itu usaha kami sia-sia dan kemudian kita kembali ke kampus untuk mengikuti kuliah kembali.Hari berikutnya kita berencana mencari ke daerah kota saya tinggal yaitu  Bogor,lalu kita meluncur  ke bogor setelah satu jam perjalanan kita sampai di koperasi tersebut lalu kita di persilahkan masuk ,dan kita semua bersyukur karena kita dapat bertemu dengan staff koperasi tersebut ,tapi dalah satu staff tersebut memerintahkan kepada seorang penjaga koperasi tersebut untuk menelfon ketua koperasi tersebut tetapi salah seorang karyawan nya yang juga alumni dari universitas gunadarma bersedia memberi kami informasi mengenai koperasi ,dan bahkan beliau mengetahui tujuan tugas-tugas kami namun dia tidak bisa memberi informasi yang menurut mereka intern seperti bunga ,data-data anggota dll.Kita pun dengan senang hati dan menjawab kita tidak akan memaksa untuk mendapatkan hal yang menurut mereka intern .lalu kami pun memulai wawancara dan mungkin saya akan mencantumkan sdikit ksimpulan  hasil wawancara kami :

Apa saja syarat untuk bisa meminjam atau menyimpan di koperasi W ini?

Syaratnya,memberi foto copy KTP,SKU dan KK (Kartu keluarga)

Bagaimana prosedur untuk meminjam di koperasi W ini?

Peminjamanharus memenuhi syarat yang di berlakukan seperti KTP,KSU,dan KK,kemudian menentukan sendiri jatuh tempo untuk membayar uang yang sudah di pinjam atau di simpan di koperasi,batas maksimal per jatuh tempo 30 hari pelanggan harus membayar angusuran peminjaman.

Apakah yang di perbolehkan meminjam atau menyimpan di koperasi ini hanya orang tertentu?

Koperasi ini sifatnya umum,karena bila ada yang mengajukan pinjaman itu sudah otomatis jadi anggota koperasi.

Kami semua bersyukur dan berterimakasih kepada staff alumni universitas gunadarma tersebut karena bersedia di wawancarai oleh kami,walau kami tidak mengenalnya secara akrab namun mungkin beliau pernah merasakan membuat tugas seperti itu dan kita satu almamater yaiu UG university maka mungkin itulah gunanya networking dalam dunia ini dan bagaimana cara berkomunikasi dengan baik sehingga kita di terima dimanapun kita berada.

            Bentuk dari koperasi yang kami kunjungi adalah koperasi simpan pinjam dan telah berbadan hukum maka koperasi tersebut sah dan legal secara hukum.Koperasi tersebut hanya melayani proses simpan pinjam saja sesuai aturan yang telah di terapkan oleh koperasi tersebut.Dan dalam konteksnya koperasi yang kami kunjungi menurut saya telah menjalankan organisasinya sesuai dengan UU no.25 tahun 1992 tentang perkoperasian maka kami dapat menyimpulkan,bahwa dalam menjalankan koperasi pada dasarnya memiliki kesamaan bahwa inti dari didirikan koperasi adalah untuk mensejahterakan anggota-anggotanya dan keanggotaannya bersifat sukarela serta terbuka atau bersifat umum,yang artinya hal tersebut sesuai dengan UU no.25 tahun 1992 tentang perkoperasian.

Kesimpulan

kesimpulan yang dapat kami berikan mengenai sumber koperasi dilapangan,dengan hasil yang bersumber dari internet mengenai koperasi,maka kami dapat menyimpulkan,bahwa dalam menjalankan koperasi pada dasarnya memiliki kesamaan bahwa inti dari didirikan koperasi adalah untuk mensejahterakan anggota-anggotanya dan keanggotaannya bersifat sukarela serta terbuka atau bersifat umum,yang artinya hal tersebut sesuai dengan UU no.25 tahun 1992 tentang perkoperasian.Koperasi  indonesia adalah perkumpulan orang-orang bukanlah perkumpulan modal, sehingga laba bukan ukuran utama kesejahteraan anggota,namun manfaat yang diterima anggotalah yang menjadi prioritas,dan hal tersebut sesuai dengan hasil yang kami dapatkan dilapangan koperasi tersebut menyebutkan bahwa dalam urusan simpan pinjam kami tidak terlalu memikirkan laba dan perputaran uang sendiri bisa disebut seperti substitusi,bagi penyimpan maka dia memberi bantuan pada peminjam ,dan peminjam mendapatkan bantuan dengan catatan mengembalikannya sesuai dengan perjanjian jatuh tempo.Jadi ditinjau dari fungsi dan tujuan koperasi yang kami dapatkan dilapangan serta hasil yang kami dapat yang bersumber dari internet memiliki kesamaan.

Namun kelompok kami sedikit mengutip mengenai UU no.25 tahun 1992 disebutkan pula bahwa koperasi harus memberikan pendidikan koperasi bagi umum,namun kenyataan dilapangan yang kami dapatakan adalah ,kami merasa dipersulit saat ingin berwawancara dengan pihak koperasi dan kami rasa hal tersebut sudah melanggar UU tersebut.

Jadi kesimpulan kelompo kami ,koperasi yang kami datangi tersebut telah menjalankan organisasi a dengan baik sesuai fungsi dan tujuan koperasi,namun juga harus mampu memberi pendidikan koperasi pada umum agar masyarakat umum tahu apa itu koperasi beserta kebaikan-kebaikan yang didapatkan dari koperasi di bandingkan dengan sebuah lembaga keuangan bersifat bank.

The Crooked Hyena

In a thick bamboo jungle, two young pandas had started their new life. Both of them were very cute and chubby. They were born only a few days ago. Their mother had lovingly christened them Jackie and Mickey.Jackie and Mickey were pretty young and weak. They were not even big enough to take care of themselves. Therefore their mother said, "Kids, you are growing now, you should be able to differentiate between a friend and a foe.""Mother, who are friends and foes?" asked Jackie and Mickey. "One who helps us and stands by us in all our odds is our friend. And one who harms us, kills innocent animals and birds, is our enemy. Do you understand anything?" asked their mother. "Yes mother, we do understand. We will maintain a safe distance from our enemies and not even let them come near us, "Jackie and Mickey assured their mother."Good, my children. I was expecting the same understanding from both of you. Now I can leave you alone as you have grown wise, "said their mother and she gave her children a hug. The next day Mother Panda went to visit her sister. She left Jackie and Mickey alone and went away.All this while a Hyena was keeping an evil eye on Jackie and Mickey. He was looking for a right opportunity for the past few days. The Hyena's mouth watered when he saw the young and chubby pandas. With their mother away, the Hyena found that much-awaited opportunity. The Hyena came near the bamboo and said, "Hello friends, what are you doing on the bamboo. Come near me, I will sing you a song and take you both for a jungle-ride." The pandas were surprised to hear the Hyena. On seeing the dangerous -looking Hyena down-below, Jackie whispered, "This cannot be our friend. He has a big teeth. Our mother had asked us to stay away from enemies. We have to be careful and don't have to go near the Hyena. On hearing what Jackie had to say, Mickey cried aloud, "You wicked Hyena ,you are our enemy, you want to eat us to satisfy your hunger. We will never get down."  "Are you out of your mind? Believe me I am not your enemy, I am your friend, "the Hyena tried to convince the young pandas. Mickey heard the Hyena and understood clearly that his intentions were not correct. He thought, "This devil will not leave us peacefully. We have to think about some other trick to get rid of him for some time."Suddenly his eyes fell on the bamboo and he said, "Our mother had advised us not to make friends with anybody till flowers bloomed on the bamboo. So you will have to wait till the bamboo flowers." "All right then, I will wait. All the young children should obey their mothers, "said the crooked Hyena grimacing. The Hyena realized that his luring the young pandas had back-fired. Totally dejected, he went away. Jackie and Mickey heaved a sigh of relief as the Hyena went away. They once again got busy eating fresh soft leaves of bamboo. The flowers bloomed on the bamboo within a week's time.The Hyena's happiness knew no bounds and he said aloud to himself, "Wonderful, flowers on the bamboo have brought me good luck. Now both the young pandas have to be friends with me. I will lure them away and feast on them." The Hyena once again came to the pandas and said, "Now the flowers have bloomed on the bamboo. Hurry up and get down to shake hands with me." Mickey was very upset and was at his wit's end as to how to get rid of the beast this time. Jackie however, was least afraid of the Hyena. He was busy sharpening a thick bamboo pointed at both its ends. When the bamboo became pointed, he hurled it towards the Hyena.He pointed towards the pointed bamboo and said, "We can become friends only when you put the bamboo in your mouth and jump from that cliff." The flabbergasted Hyena asked, "But why should I jump with bamboo in my mouth? Can't we become friends without this exercise?" "Absolutely not. Our mother had said that if the Hyena does not jump with the bamboo in his mouth ,we should not be friends with him. If you have to be our friend then you have to do as I say", said Jackie very seriously. The Hyena became thoughtful. He was thoroughly trapped in Jackey's trap. If he refused to do what was being told, he had to retreat. Finally, under compulsion he decided to jump with the bamboo in his mouth. Despite his reluctance, the Hyena inserted the pointed end of the bamboo in his mouth and climbed the cliff and jumped. The moment he landed on the ground, the Hyena shouted loudly in pain, "Oh my God! I am dead. The bamboo has pierced through my neck."

The panda brothers jumped with joy. Meanwhile the Mother Panda had also returned after visiting her sister. She saw the Hyena writhing in pain. Jackey and Mickey told her everything. When she came to know everything, she applauded her sons and said, "Well done, you have proved that both of you are brave and intelligent and can defend yourself from prying enemies."

The Hyena, with the bamboo stuck in his mouth, was in a really bad shape. He ran away as fast as he could and was never seen in the jungle again

HANDLING COMPLAINT

HANDLING COMPLAINT

All members of a hotel staff must be ready to deal with complaints. Some of them are genuine, silly , polite but firm. Most businesses take complaint very seriously. Some complaints are more serious than others.

It is often the responsibility of an individual member of staff to deal with the problem. Sometimes,of course , it is necessary for the staff member to refer some one else such as a manager.

Suppose that your are now dealing with complaints , you should listen carefully, be polite and, except when it is absolutely necessary, don’t comment until the customer has finished. Then, make a short , clear apology. After that , you should repeat the complaint. This is to make sure that you have fully understood the problem and that there are no misunderstanding. When possible, you should also note down what the customer has said. Next, you should decide who will deal with the complaint. If it is not a serious one you can deal with it your self. You should explain to the customer the action you plan to take and tell him or her when it will be done. If you decide that the manager sholud gandle the complaint, you should fisrt inform him or her and them arrange a meeting between the manager and the customer.

Indonesia covers a land mass of 1.91 million km²  and territorial waters nearly four times that size. In total , the country comprises 17.508 islands stretching 5.120 km from east to west and 1.760 km north to south.

The population is concentrated on six main islands. Java, with an area of 132.188 km² is home approximately 59 percent of the nation’s population, or 122 million people. It is one of the most densly populated areas in the word.

The island of Sumatera, with an area of 475.605 km²  represent some 25 percent of Indonesian’s land area and is hometo 20.7 percent of the country’s population, or 39,2 million people. Bali, Indonesia’s fabled island touristdestination is 5.561 km²  in size but with less than 3 million people, or 15 percent of the total  popultion. Totalling 539.458 km² , the four provinces in Kalimantan comprise about 28 percent of Indonesia’s land area but only 5.3 percent (10 million) of the nation’s population. Sulawesi with an area of 189.216 km²  has 10 percent of Indonesian’s land territory and 7 percent
(13,3 millions) of its population.

Irian Jaya, totalling 421.982 km² is Indonesia’s most eastern province and lies directly west of Papua New Guinea and and north of Australia. With 22 percent of nation’s land mass, Irian Jaya’s 1,8 million inhabitants represent just under one percent of the total population.

Nearly 60 percent of Indonesian’s land is forested, and a significants portion is mountanious and volcanic. Some mountain on Sumatera and Irian Jaya exceed 3.000 meters in height. Java alone has 112 volcanoes including a number which are still active.

Volcanic activity through the ages has given the soil in Java and Bali a high degree of fertility, which accounts in part the concentration of agriculture and people on the two islands.

Mulailah

mulailah

Kita semuanya tidak punya banyak pilihan. Agar kita semua berhasil, maka sudahi saja mimpi-mimpi itu dan mulailah bertindak agar yang kita citakan menjadi nyata. Tidak nanti, tapi sekaranglah saatnya mulai melakukan

Apa pun tindakan kita, selalu memberikan hasil. Sekecil apa pun upaya yang kita lakukan tak pernah berakhir dengan hampa. Bila usaha kita tidak lagi penting bagi kita, mungkin kita tak memiliki tujuan yang jelas

Hidup memang berawal dari mimpi-mimpi untuk menjadi penyemngat hidup yang akan kita tempuh ,dan hidup ini mempunyai tujuan , namun catatan nya jangan hanya larut Dalam mimpi-mimpi itu karena kita tidak boleh tenggelam dalam mimpi itu.

Maka mulailah merancang apa yang harus dilakukan, faktor apa saja yang dapat dijadikan acuan sebagai penjemput mimpi-mimpi itu .Dan yang terpenting adalah ,JALANKAN ,BERUSAHALAH,LALU BERSERAHLAH kepada allah SWT.

Dan semoga kita mampu untuk MENJEMPUT IMPIAN ITU
